Form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to you. Your enquiry is stored in our database so staff can review and answer it, and a copy is sent to the team by email. Your details are not used for marketing, not added to mailing lists and not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Where data is stored

Enquiries and contact messages are stored in the database that powers this website and in the mailbox of the team that answers them. Access to both is limited to staff who handle enquiries.

5. Cookies

The public website sets no cookies. One cookie exists on this domain: an encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie named genescript_admin_session, which is set only when a staff member signs in to the administration area. It is strictly necessary for that sign-in to work and is never set for visitors.

6. Retention and deletion

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they can be deleted from the admin dashboard. You can ask us at any time to delete the data you submitted; send the request through the contact form and we will confirm once it is done.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Requests are handled by the same team that answers enquiries and are answered by email.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new effective date. The site does not notify visitors individually, so check this page if you want the current version.
